Terra Firma offers a complete line of Handmade, Stoneware Tile showcasing original designs true in spirit to the Arts & Crafts Tradition.

There are now well over 100 decorative relief designs, numerous architectural mouldings, and 48 glaze colors from which to choose with new designs and colors being added regularly; as well as a wide range of field tile sizes from 1x1 to 8x8.

All tile are made from a stoneware clay body suitable for use indoors or out. Using an updated version of an age old process, raw clay is pressed into plaster molds duplicating the original design. It is then finished, bisque fired and glazed by hand. Though more labor intensive then spray application, and requiring the touch of a skilled artisan, hand application gives the glaze a depth and richness unique to handmade tile. Glazed in rich bronzes, deep greens and sumptuous blues with complex patinas, their handmade elegance easily turns a house into a home.
